Electrician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Part-Time Electrician to join our team in Bellmore, NY. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential and commercial settings

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure systems meet local and national electrical codes

• Install wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and other electrical components

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics

• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client specifications

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS Electrical License or equivalent experience (preferred)

• Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience (residential or commercial)

• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must be able to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials as needed

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time position (flexible schedule; approximately 20–25 hours per week)

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
