Our client, a leading organization in the commercial property management sector, is seeking an Electrician 3 to join their team. As an Electrician 3, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the electrical systems across various properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Pay Rate: $32-35/ hr
What's the Job?
- Maintain generators, VFDs, UPS systems, and support equipment such as AHUs, Chillers, Boilers, and pumps.
- Assist in support and execution of site power outages and major switchgear maintenance events.
- Analyze the operation of various electrical systems, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Support the installation and repair of single and three-phase motors, including wiring and conduit work.
- Communicate effectively with team members and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
What's Needed?
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of related trade schooling or equivalent experience in commercial or industrial maintenance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in confined spaces.
