• Facilitate Training: Lead technical and trade-related training classes.

• Design Curriculum: Develop technical training materials based on company needs.

• Coach Employees: Provide on-site coaching and development to employees.

• Education: Completion of an apprenticeship program or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

• Experience:

  • 5+ years in electrical trades.

  • 1-2 years in training facilitation.

• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and audiovisual equipment.

• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.
