Electrical Technician

High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical/Associate degree preferred)
Experience working as an electrical technician, or apprentice level is acceptable (hiring for junior-senior candidates)
Ability to read schematics and electrical drawings
Experience with control systems, motors, sensors, and instrumentation
Proven troubleshooting skills in industrial settings
Comfortable working around live voltages and high-energy equipment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Assemble and wire electrical sub-assemblies, control panels, and wiring harnesses
Install and route electrical components for new builds and overhauls
Test, troubleshoot, and repair AC/DC control circuits and electrical systems
Build and support PLC, VFD, and control cabinets
Perform system-level testing and performance validation
Identify and correct non-conforming conditions
Support prototype builds and production improvements
Follow all safety and quality standards
Innovar Group is hiring an experienced Electrical Technician for our client to support the assembly, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems for turbine generators. This is a direct-hire position for candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing or production environments.
