ARE YOU THE ELECTRICAL SHOP AND LOGISTICS MANAGER OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience driving a forklift
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic mechanical aptitude; comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time independently
• Comfortable supporting field technicians and working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (email, inventory systems, spreadsheets)
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Experience in warehouse, construction, electrical, or trade environments preferred. Experience with inventory management or logistics coordination is also a plus.

Experience with trailers and other large equipment is a plus. 

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Your days will be consistent-no nights, weekends, or rotating shifts.

As an Electrical Shop and Logistics Manager, you will dive right in by preparing materials, tools, and equipment to support our electricians and installers before they head out for the day. You'll load and unload equipment, get generators and batteries ready for installation, and keep the warehouse running smoothly. As shipments arrive, you'll receive and stock inventory, always keeping a close eye on inventory levels. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate parts deliveries and assist field technicians with any job-site needs that pop up. You will also oversee the upkeep of vehicles and trailers, making sure inspections and maintenance are scheduled promptly. Facility upkeep and providing general operations support will round out your day, ensuring everything is organized and ready for tomorrow's challenges.
