Compensation:$34 - $48 hourly
Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently, maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship and precision.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored electrical solutions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Document all service activities accurately, maintaining detailed records for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery and personal growth.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Hold a current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Pass a comprehensive background check.
- Maintain an active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license through TDLR.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or light-industrial service as a Journeyman.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, electrical codes, and regulations accurately.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and work comfortably in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
