We’re looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to join our electrical team in the Atlanta, GA area as an Electrical Service Helper.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

As an Electrical Service Helper, you will:

  • Assist with residential electrical service and rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire

  • Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches

  • Carry materials and tools to support the lead electrician and crew

  • Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment

  • Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and team

  • Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to supervisors

  • Follow company safety policies and promptly correct or report hazards

  • Take direction effectively and communicate clearly with team members

 

Minimum Education: None Minimum Years of Experience: 0-2 Specific Qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills

  • Preferred: Electrical experience and knowledge of the current National Electric Code (NEC)

  • Preferred: Ability to read and understand blueprints

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English

  • Willingness to learn and work under a lead electrician in the field

  • Prior work experience (electrical experience preferred, but not required)

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active role requiring the ability to:

  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and climb throughout the workday

  • Lift, carry, and move materials and tools weighing up to 50 pounds

  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

  • Work in indoor and outdoor jobsite conditions, including heat, dust, and noise

  • Work at heights (ladders, lifts, multi-story residential construction)

  • Maintain consistent attendance and safely perform job duties while wearing required PPE
