We're on the hunt for a talented and experienced Electrical Revit Designer to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality electrical designs for commercial buildings using Revit and AutoCAD. You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from the initial concept to the final construction documents. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and make a significant impact on the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design complex electrical systems for commercial buildings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Create detailed 3D models, views, and sheets of electrical systems.
  • Plan and design device layouts in accordance with project specifications and building codes.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including plans, details, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with structural engineers to integrate electrical systems into building designs.
  • Utilize Easypower software for electrical system analysis and design.
  • Review and revise designs to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of design.
  • Continually update skills and knowledge in the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design for commercial buildings.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Easypower.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and construction documents.
  • Experience in 3D modeling and creating views and sheets.
  • Proficient in device layout planning and design.
  • Familiarity with structural aspects of building design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
