Electrical Recruiter

Are you an energetic, motivated professional looking to make a real impact? TradeSTAR is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping careers in the commercial electrical industry, helping candidates find the right opportunities to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates at all levels within the electrical industry, including licensed apprentices and journeyman electricians.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants
• Match candidates to active job orders based on experience and client needs
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placement.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support team goals by meeting weekly recruiting targets

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates have 6 months to 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, electrical, construction, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
