We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile construction projects and work with a team of dedicated professionals in the commercial and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will have a robust background in electrical contracting leadership with specific experience in healthcare, data centers, and construction management.

Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing all aspects of the electrical installation for commercial and industrial construction projects, including design, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
2. Leading and managing a team of electricians and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
4. Using estimating software to accurately predict project costs and timelines.
5. Utilizing project management tools such as Procore and Blue Beam to effectively manage project resources and documentation.
6. Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
7. Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards.
8. Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
9. Reporting project progress and status to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical contracting leadership, specifically in the commercial and industrial sectors.
2. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the healthcare and data center industries.
3. Strong knowledge of construction management practices and principles.
4. Proficient in using project management and estimating software such as Procore and Blue Beam.
5. Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and agreements.
6. Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and standards.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
9. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
