We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager that has a strong experience managing electrical equipment installation. Most work will be for data centers, and the project manager can expect to be involved with the project from the design phase (design build and design assist) all the way through the application of the design and completion of the project.

Ideally candidates will have extensive electrical engineering and contracting knowledge and industry experience to oversee:
  • All phases of electrical work, encompassing project acquisition (including layout and design using AutoCAD, bidding, managing billing and purchasing, constructability analysis, design review scheduling, value engineering, site logistics review, prefabrication planning, estimating strategy, cost/proposal development and negotiation)
  • Project preconstruction (team development, planning, procurement)
  • Project Construction (scheduling, team/relationship building, change management, issue resolution, cost projections billing)
  • Project Close out (final documentation, owner training, contract reconciliation, final billing)
Required:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Construction, or Construction Management.
  • 5 plus years of project management experience in the electrical engineering field or construction industry with a focus on electrical work.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
