We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of electrical projects related to Data Centers in the Construction industry. This role is a critical part of our organization, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Electrical Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion.
2. Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
3. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
4. Conduct pre-construction meetings to set expectations and ensure all parties are clear on project objectives and timelines.
5. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
6. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
7. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
8. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
9. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction industry with a focus on electrical projects.
3. Demonstrated experience in estimating, pre-construction, and construction execution.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects from start to finish.
5. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
6. Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues effectively and efficiently.
9. Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
10. Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or a related field is a plus.
