NOW HIRING!! A-Line is seeking an entry-level Electrical Panel Assembler to support the layout and assembly of electrical panels in accordance with customer specifications. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work both independently and collaboratively in a production environment.
Job Title: Electrical Panel Assembler
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch
Key Responsibilities
- Review build sheets and production documentation
- Assemble electrical plates and enclosures based on build preparation instructions
- Install electrical components and controllers per provided documentation
- Wire components using correct color and gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification according to prints
- Assist coworkers to support a positive team-focused work environment
- Follow all quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical or vocational training preferred but not required
