Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch

POSITION SUMMARY

This is an entry-level Electrical Panel Assembler position responsible for supporting the layout and assembly of electrical panels according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a production-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review build sheets and production documentation
• Assemble electrical plates and enclosures following build preparation instructions
• Install electrical components and controllers per documentation
• Wire components using correct color and gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification according to prints
• Assist coworkers to promote a positive and collaborative team environment
• Follow all quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical or vocational training preferred

• Ensuring all electrical work activities
• Switch panels, transformers and other electrical equipment and components
• Terminate all electrical wiring according to wiring diagrams using the proper tools
• Tag all components and wiring
• Complete the physical assembly of control panels
• Routing for all electrical needs
