Greenlight Professional Services is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations and maintain high-voltage production equipment. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and keeping production running with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Electrical & mechanical troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
✔ Diagnose and repair circuit boards and electrical components
✔ Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, ohm meters, and oscilloscopes
✔ Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
✔ Perform machine rebuilds and maintenance on laser and CNC equipment
✔ Install conduit, power supplies, and industrial wiring
✔ Maintain preventative maintenance programs and service records
Requirements
• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Experience with industrial electrical standards and wiring practices
• Knowledge of laser systems, optics, wavelengths, and assist gases
• Understanding of manufacturing computer systems
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
