Electrical (Industrial) Assembly - Control Panel Builder

Electrical Assembly Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for wiring electrical motor control assemblies from schematic drawings.

Job Function:

•Good electrical skills and knowledge of control panel wiring with professional, consistent and quality wiring practices.

•Follow schematics to wire panels to meet customer specifications.

•Connect and perform point to point wiring of components including variable frequency drives, relays, circuit breakers and HMI.

Qualifications:

•3 to 5 years of electrical panel wiring/assembly and previous experience with electrical wiring, preferably in a control panel shop.

•Ability to read and interpret schematics.

•Understanding the function of motor control products such as, VFD, circuit breakers, soft starters, etc.

•Any experience with VFD Drives is a plus.

•Motivated, detail-oriented, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

•Knowledge of motor control equipment such as VFDs, relays, lights, switches, motor starters, contractors, etc.

•Performs all activities while adhering to safety requirements.

•Other duties may be assigned.
