Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing and engineering solutions, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineering Manager to join their innovative team. As an Electrical Engineering Manager, you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting the design and development of power generation and control systems for industrial vacuum melting furnaces. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Electrical Engineering Manager
Location: Rancocas, New Jersey
Pay Range:$140,000 - $160,000
What's the Job?
- Lead and coordinate department activities, set priorities, and assign engineering staff to projects.
- Oversee the design of control systems, PLC software, power distribution, and electrical subsystems for melting furnace equipment.
- Ensure all electrical designs comply with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and other applicable regulatory standards.
- Manage, mentor, and support the professional growth of the electrical engineering team.
- Travel to customer sites as needed (domestic and international).
What's Needed?
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of industrial experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
