Description

• Lead and coordinate electrical engineering projects and team activities.
• Assign priorities and resources for control system design and PLC programming.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as OSHA, NFPA, and NEC.
• Oversee design of power generation, transmission, and utilization systems.
• Drive team growth, mentoring, and professional development.
• Travel to client sites as required (<20%).

Profile

• B.S. in an Engineering Discipline with experience in the Electrical Space
• Minimum 8 years of industrial experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Preferred: Experience with Rockwell AB and Siemens PLC platforms.
