Description
- Lead and coordinate electrical engineering projects and team activities.
- Assign priorities and resources for control system design and PLC programming.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as OSHA, NFPA, and NEC.
- Oversee design of power generation, transmission, and utilization systems.
- Drive team growth, mentoring, and professional development.
- Travel to client sites as required (<20%).
Profile
- B.S. in an Engineering Discipline with experience in the Electrical Space
- Minimum 8 years of industrial experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Preferred: Experience with Rockwell AB and Siemens PLC platforms.
