Electrical Engineer

We are on a quest for a skilled professional who will spearhead project teams dedicated to the design and development of electrical components and software integration. This engaging position offers a blend of remote work for one day each week, balanced with four days in the office. Your role will involve collaborating extensively with Quality Assurance to resolve quality issues from a variety of sources, fostering process enhancements. Key responsibilities include crafting schematic designs, executing PCB layouts, integrating FPGA, managing part selections, developing software, and conducting power distribution and hardware testing. You will also contribute to the inception of new products, promote cost-reduction measures, and partner with interdisciplinary colleagues to drive projects from an electronic perspective. Essential prerequisites include a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a minimum of four years of experience in schematic design and PCB layout (OrCAD or Altium Designer proficiency preferred), and familiarity with medical device industry standards. Exceptional project management abilities, a knack for problem-solving, and the capacity to thrive in a team-centered environment are crucial. This role mandates approximately 15% travel.
