Job Details
Job Description:
- Manage electrical projects, ensure project timelines/milestones, manage/control jobsite/costs/budgets, lead team onsite, value engineering, change orders, and GC/client/sub relations
- Blueprints, contracts, reports/docs, meetings, scheduling, coordination, quality control, safety, and closeout
- Working with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controls
- Ground up projects including schools, commercial, industrial, and multifamily
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as Project Manager on school, commercial, industrial, or multifamily electrical construction projects
- Prefer experience in Accubid and Bluebeam
- Must pass background check, drug test, and reference check
