Job Summary: 

We are looking for a dependable Electrical Assembler to join our team. This position involves assembling and wiring electrical components and equipment using schematics, diagrams, and work instructions. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and can work well in a production environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assemble electrical components, control panels, and wiring systems according to schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
• Route, connect, and secure wires and cables to electrical components and assemblies
• Install electrical parts such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and connectors
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and assembly drawings
• Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper installation and functionality
• Perform continuity and basic electrical testing to verify correct wiring and operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following company safety policies
• Report any issues with parts, materials, or documentation to supervisors or engineering teams
• Assist with troubleshooting and rework when necessary

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
• Basic knowledge of electrical components and wiring practices
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
