Electrical Apprentice 1

A nationally recognized fire protection contractor is seeking an Apprentice Electrician with strong conduit skills. This long-term opportunity is with one of DFW s leading full-service fire protection systems contractors, serving commercial, government, and healthcare clients.

Responsibilities:
Review fire alarm and protection system drawings or blueprints.
Mark walls, ceilings, and floors for conduit runs and device locations.
Determine the most efficient path for conduit while adhering to code and building requirements.
Measure, cut, bend, and assemble EMT (1/2 to 1- 1/2 ) , rigid, or flexible conduit according to specifications.
Run conduit along walls, ceilings, or through floors, ensuring it is secure, straight, and code-compliant.
Install support systems such as clamps, straps, or hangers

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience bending and running EMT conduit.
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work full-time hours, including overtime as needed.
Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Position Details:
Full-time role, starting immediately.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver's license and have your own reliable transportation.
Be able to pass a drug screen
Work full-time hours, including OT as needed.
