What You’ll Do

• Run and oversee rubber extrusion equipment to apply rubber to industrial rollers.
• Load rubber from the mill room into the extruder and control feed and application to exact specs.
• Operate overhead cranes and material handling devices safely.
• Use tape measures and pi tapes to confirm critical dimensions and tolerances.
• Complete simple math to validate measurements and settings.
• Employ basic hand and power tools for setup and adjustments.
• Keep the work area organized and free of hazards.
• Adhere to all safety practices and company policies.

What You Bring

• Preferred: prior extrusion experience.
• Preferred: experience operating a manual lathe.
• Skilled in overhead crane operation.
• Proficient with tape measures and pi tapes.
• Solid basic math skills.
• Comfortable with hand and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude, detail orientation, and safety focus.
• Team player who can also work independently.
