EHS Manager/Technician

Bilingual EHS Manager-Manufacturing

We are hiring a Bilingual EHS  Manager to support our Environmental, Health & Safety team at our Carson facility. This role partners closely with operations leadership to strengthen safety culture, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support daily EHS initiatives and compliance programs

• Track and analyze safety data and maintain OSHA logs & SDS

• Conduct GEMBA walks, safety observations, and training programs

• Manage workers’ compensation cases and coordinate with clinics & TPAs

• Facilitate Plant Safety Committee meetings

• Respond to workplace medical emergencies and oversee PPE programs

What We’re Looking For

• REQUIRED Bilingual in Spanish & English 

• 3+years of industrial safety experience or Associate degree in EHS

• ASP Certification preferred

• First Aid, CPR/AED & Bloodborne Pathogens certifications

• Strong Excel, PowerPoint & Teams skills

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

• Flexible to support multiple shifts and weekends

Work Environment

• Must be able to move or lift 50 lbs+

• Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet & high-noise environments

• Manufacturing/industrial setting
