EDI Support Analyst

We are looking to add an experienced EDI Support Analyst to support mission-critical electronic data interchange (EDI) operations across our brokerage and warehouse platforms.

This role serves as the technical liaison between IT, Operations, customers, carriers, and third-party trading partners to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant exchange of transactional data. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and brings strong troubleshooting, integration, and analytical expertise.

What You’ll Do

EDI Operations & Support

• Monitor daily EDI transaction flow between internal systems and client systems
• Troubleshoot transaction failures, mapping errors, data validation issues, and connectivity problems
• Analyze inbound and outbound EDI files to determine root cause of discrepancies
• Coordinate issue resolution with trading partners, customers, carriers, and vendors
• Maintain dashboards, alerts, and EDI performance reporting

System Integration & Configuration

• Support integrations between TMS, WMS, ERP, and external trading partner platforms
• Assist with onboarding new customers and carriers, including mapping validation and testing
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and enhancement initiatives
• Validate data mapping logic and transformation rules

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Operations to ensure EDI workflows align with business processes
• Support implementations, testing cycles, and go-live validation
• Document recurring issues and recommend process improvements
• Provide guidance to internal users on EDI-related processes

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and ANSI X12 standards
• Monitor data integrity and transactional accuracy
• Track KPIs related to uptime, error rates, and resolution timelines
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of EDI support experience in transportation, logistics, 3PL, brokerage, or supply chain
• Working knowledge of ANSI X12 transaction sets
• Experience supporting TMS, WMS, or ERP integrations
• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to review raw EDI files and understand mapping structures
• Excellent communication skills across technical and operational teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EDI platforms such as Cleo, SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar tools
• Familiarity with AS2, FTP/SFTP, and API integrations
• SQL experience for data validation and reporting
• Experience supporting 3PL, brokerage, intermodal, or freight forwarding operations

This position operates primarily in an office environment and may require occasional after-hours support during system implementations or outages. Limited travel may be required for special projects or go-live support.
