Ecommerce Marketing Manager - Ecommerce Distribution - Base Salary to 120k/year - Bethesda, MD

• Our client is an industry leading domestic and international distributor. The team is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join the team.
  
• The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading all online marketing initiatives, driving sales growth online, and enhancing overall digital presence. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities:

• Identify growth opportunities and spearheading initiatives to increase online sales and market share
  
• Track all product listings to ensure accuracy
  
• Monitor ad performance and implement adjustments to ensure maximization of ROI
  
• Manage social media marketing strategies across various social media platforms
  
• Use Google Analytics to track and monitor web traffic and campaign performance
  
• Lead SEO strategies for the company to improve organic search traffic
  
• Manage e-commerce marketing budget and monitor spending

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  
• 7+ years of experience working in digital marketing specifically in e-commerce, required
  
• 5+ years working in a management or leadership role
  
• Robust understanding of various digital market channels
  
• Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth through new marketing strategies
  
• Robust computer skills – MS Office, Google Analytics, and ability to learn new programs quickly
  
• Must be able to travel to HQ as needed

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary in the 100k - 120k/year range along with a comprehensive benefits package.
