Clinical Support Specialist

SUMMARY: To assist in the facilitation of eligibility review and general support of all case management and waiver service coordination functions. 

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Associate Degree is desired, additional equivalent experience may be substituted for part of the education requirement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive ability. Must reflect customer focused care approach in all communication. Ability to prioritize tasks. Possess clinical knowledge and interview skills necessary to complete physical, functional, social, environmental, financial and mental health assessment. Computer literacy, including but not limited to Microsoft Suite. Must be knowledgeable of universal precautions and infection control. Knowledge of basic math. Awareness of community resources and services.
