Client Overview:
We are looking to add an Early Talent & Workforce Program Strategist to the team. The Early Talent & Workforce Program Strategist acts as a strategic extension of the Client's Talent Acquisition and Workforce Governance teams.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$75k - $95k

Position Overview:
This role oversees all aspects of the Client's Early & Emerging Talent program while operating within the broader Atrium MSP framework to ensure alignment, risk mitigation, operational excellence, and long-term workforce planning. This individual is responsible for campus engagement, recruitment execution, stakeholder management, reporting, compliance oversight, and program optimization - ensuring the Early & Emerging Talent strategy integrates seamlessly into the Client's contingent workforce infrastructure. This is a model where the Client defines the Early & Emerging Career strategy and brand in partnership with Atrium, and Atrium integrates that strategy into a scalable, governed workforce pipeline that supports the long-term growth of the organization.

Responsibilities of the Early Talent & Workforce Program Strategist:
  • Early Talent Strategy & Campus Engagement:
    • Develop and execute MBA and campus recruiting strategy.
    • Maintain relationships with University career services and program/club directors and professors.
    • Drive year-over-year school prioritization and ROI analysis.
    • Track conversion metrics from event → interview → hire → retention. event
    • Align early talent hiring forecasts with broader workforce planning initiatives.
  • Full Lifecycle Recruitment Oversight:
    • Oversee the recruitment process from requisition intake through onboarding.
    • Manage dedicated recruiters and/or supplier partnerships.
    • Ensure high-quality, curated candidate slates.
    • Partner with Hiring Managers on leveling, scope alignment, and compensation strategy.
    • Monitor performance metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and yield ratios.
    • Ensure onboarding readiness and a seamless candidate experience.
  • MSP Governance & Risk Mitigation:
    • Serve as the primary escalation point for the Early Talent program.
    • Educate managers on worker classification, compliance, and policy adherence.
    • Drive program adoption through training and stakeholder alignment.
    • Resolve billing, onboarding, and any ad hoc issues in a timely manner ensuring client satisfaction.

    • Partner cross-functionally with HR, TA, Finance, Legal, and Strategic Sourcing business leaders and stakeholders.
    • Monitor classification risk, tenure thresholds, and policy compliance.
  • Technology & Reporting Oversight:
    • Optimize VMS and ATS systems to ensure visibility, compliance, and data accuracy.
    • Provide system training and ongoing user support.
    • Maintain data integrity for MBA and Early Talent analytics.
    • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards.
    • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
    • Track retention, diversity metrics, conversion rates, and long-term program impact.
  • Program Adoption & Stakeholder Education:
    • Conduct one-on-one Hiring Manager trainings.
    • Lead onboarding sessions and lunch-and-learns.
    • Gather stakeholder feedback and implement continuous improvements.
    • Serve as the ambassador for Early Talent within the broader workforce strategy.
Required Experience/Skills for the Early Talent & Workforce Program Strategist:
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Early Career/Campus Recruiting, Workforce Planning, MSP Program Management, or a related function.
  • Demonstrated experience managing MBA or Early Talent programs end-to-end.
  • Experience operating within an MSP, VMS, or governance-driven workforce model.
  • Proven ability to manage full lifecycle recruitment processes, including requisition intake, stakeholder alignment, and onboarding oversight.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams.
  • Track record of owning reporting, analytics, and program metrics tied to business outcomes.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required, or equivalent work experience.
