Early Morning Mobile Phlebotomist

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in client-centered environments. Duties:
- Perform blood draws on patients in a safe, efficient, and patient-centered manner
- Follow proper protocols during blood collection
- Accurately label and handle collected specimens for transport to the laboratory
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, test orders, and specimen collection
- Provide exceptional care to patients with varying needs and sensitivities
- Ensure accurate and timely specimen collection
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare facilities, and lab staff
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience
- Current certification as a Phlebotomist in Ohio
- Previous experience with geriatric patients is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and clinical laboratory procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
