Data and Evaluation Specialist
About the Role:

This position is responsible for the integrity and relevance of all data within databases for the Educational Services department, assisting with troubleshooting and training for ease of use for all stakeholders and database system users.

What this Role involves:
Data Administration & Integrity
- Maintain and manage data across multiple educational database systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through routine checks and useraccess management.
- Conduct data audits, generate reports, and support data security and privacy efforts.
- Monitor system performance, implement updates, and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Participate in data collection activities, including administering standardized child assessments.
- Conduct CLASS observations in classrooms at Educare Denver and in the Denver area
- Collect parent and staff survey data, which may involve preparing interviews, in-person visits to drop off and collect surveys, and telephone follow-up
- Meticulously adhere to policies to protect the confidentiality of human subjects participating in evaluation studies.
Program Administration & Employee Training
- Maintains awareness of Head Start performance standards and monitors requirements to ensure timely completion of goals.
- Provides general administrative support to the program team such as creating reports, assisting with analyses and data visualization, drafting correspondence, and other special projects
- Assists with the training and troubleshooting of employees with database systems; provides on demand training and troubleshooting
- Create and disseminate relevant information to all department staff and supply monthly scheduled reports.
- Assists with updating program related policies and procedures; distributes new policies and procedures within the organization
- Creates information and presents data during meetings, trainings and conferences for early childhood professionals; attends meetings, workshops and conferences related to educational data matters
- Drive cross functional projects and align diverse stakeholders to advance key company strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What we are looking for:
Education & Experience
- Bachelors of Science in Data Analytics or Social Sciences required
- 3 years work experience in data management, data analysis, and data visualization will be considered in place of a Bachelors Degree
- 1 year of experience in data collection in an educational services environment preferred
- Experience with data entry, management, and statistical and qualitative analysis with quality assurance and attention to detail highly preferred
- Prior experience with children preferred
Skills
- Computer competencies required,
- Windows knowledge with experience using Excel, Access, Word and Outlook highly preferred
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including CBI/FBI fingerprinting, a physical and a national sex offender registry check

Compensation:
$25.50- $27.50 hourly
