We are seeking a motivated and reliable Experienced Duct/Insulation Installer to join our team.
This role is responsible for installing insulation in residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality work, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, insulation, or a related trade, and is comfortable working with tools, heights, and confined spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC ductwork, piping, and equipment according to specifications, work orders, and safety standards.
- Install and assemble sheet metal, flex duct, and fiberglass duct systems
- Measure and cut insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, or other thermal products.
- Seal duct systems properly to ensure energy efficiency and airflow performance
- Install dampers, vents, registers, and related components
- Work closely with HVAC installers and project leads to complete jobs on schedule
- Install vapor barriers and protective coverings where required.
- Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is stocked with insulation materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and completed work.
- Follow all company safety standards and keep job sites clean.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2 years' experience installing residential HVAC ducting systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Safely operate hand and power tools, including knives, staple guns, saws, and blowers.

Work Environment:
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
