Dual Property Sales Manager – Cincinnati, OH

JOB SUMMARY:

The Dual Property Sales Manager drives top-line revenue for two Hilton focused-service hotels in Cincinnati, OH. In partnership with the Director of Sales, this role leads proactive prospecting efforts, develops new and existing accounts, and builds strategic relationships to achieve and exceed assigned revenue goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and energized by operating in a fast-paced hotel environment where performance and service excellence go hand in hand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive revenue growth across all market segments through strategic prospecting and relationship development.
  • Identify and secure new corporate negotiated, local group, and transient accounts
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive market knowledge.
  • Collaboratively work with the Director of Sales, General Manager and property team to achieve 100% or more of total hotel room budget goals, group room goals & corporate negotiated goals through ADR and occupancy.
  • Prospect new and existing business opportunities proactively through weekly appointments, cold calls, referrals, front desk arrivals, networking, internet prospecting and sales blitzes.
  • Develop creative sales initiatives to penetrate new business segments
  • Communicate effectively to both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain accurate reporting within Salesforce and brand systems
  • Ability to learn and use a variety of software systems required for tracking, reserving and reporting including Word, Excel and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate on weekly revenue strategy meetings to optimize ADR, occupancy, and total revenue performance

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years hotel sales experience
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Valid Driver's license, acceptable driving record and insured vehicle
  • Ability to travel locally to existing and potential clients required
  • Other occasional travel as necessary
