Drywall Project Manager

Minimum of 3-years' experience in construction project management
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of framing and drywall. Acoustical and Paint would be a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the projects.
Proficiency in various software such Bluebeam and Microsoft Office. Plexxis knowledge, a plus.
Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and oral)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational skills
Must be self-motivated and proactive carrying out duties
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate project challenges and develop solutions.
Must be willing to travel between jobsites
Must have a valid Driver's License
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Fluently read and interpret specifications and plans.
- Supervise work of all laborers.
- Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and storage of materials on the job site.
- Maintain accurate specifications and schedules.
- Create and oversee punch lists and ensure completion of all related work prior to inspections.
- Identify and communicate issues to the team.
The Drywall Project Manager will oversee drywall projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are finished on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
