Drywall Project Manager - Estimator

Requires 5-10 years of construction experience, with special knowledge in the framing, drywall and finishing field. Key qualifications include strong leadership, blue beam, budget management, blueprint reading and OSHA safety. Knowledge of blueprint reading is a must.
Estimating/ managing projects, QB and OST take off software a plus. Microsoft Word knowledge. Material procurement, budgeting of projects, daily planning. Field coordination and supervision of projects working with project foremen and crew.
Drywall/ Carpentry Project Manager oversees all aspects of commercial drywall installation, managing project planning, budgeting, scheduling and site safety from conception to completion. Coordinate materials, crew and subcontractors. Review drawings, create change orders and manage documention (i.e. RFI's, submittals)
