In this position, you’ll lead driver recruiting efforts from initial outreach through onboarding—directly contributing to fleet growth and long‑term success.

Your Impact as a Driver Recruiting Manager:

Driver Recruitment & Strategy

• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified drivers
• Set clear recruitment goals and consistently meet or exceed performance targets

Outreach & Candidate Engagement

• Implement creative outreach initiatives to connect with top driver talent
• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, delivering a timely and professional candidate experience

Hiring & Onboarding Support

• Lead informational sessions and orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs)
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle—from first contact through onboarding and vehicle assignment

Process Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate applicant records and track progress within the applicant tracking system
• Provide leadership with regular recruiting updates, insights, and performance metrics

Retention & Team Collaboration

• Partner closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term driver satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with drivers and office staff to foster a collaborative, positive work environment
• Support additional projects and initiatives as needed

What You Bring as a Driver Recruiting Manager:

• Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, sales, or a related field (preferred)
• A goal‑oriented, self‑motivated mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Dependability, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
