At TCI Transportation, we’re offering an exciting Driver Manager Trainee Program designed to prepare you for a successful career in operations and account management.

This 6-month, hands-on training program will give you the tools, mentorship, and real-world experience needed to become a Driver Manager at one of the leading logistics companies in the nation.

No prior experience? No problem! We’ll provide the training—you bring the motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business development initiatives under the Director of Operations.

  • Travel to TCI locations (50–75% of the time).

  • Gain proficiency with TCI systems and technology.

  • Learn all aspects of account management and driver support.

  • Assist with company projects and startups alongside the Operations Project Manager.

  • Develop expertise in DOT compliance, Hours of Service, and TCI operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business software.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work schedules.

  • A high level of business ethics, confidentiality, and teamwork.
