In this role, you’ll directly impact fleet expansion by sourcing, engaging, and onboarding high‑quality transportation professionals.

What You’ll Do as a Driver Manager:
Lead Driver Recruitment
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified drivers
- Establish clear recruiting goals and actively work to meet or exceed targets
Drive Outreach & Engagement
- Launch creative outreach initiatives to connect with top‑tier driver candidates
- Respond promptly and professionally to applicant inquiries, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Support Hiring & Onboarding
- Host informational sessions and orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs)
- Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial contact through onboarding and vehicle assignment
Manage Processes & Reporting
- Track applicants and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the applicant tracking system
- Provide leadership with regular updates, insights, and recruitment performance reports
Strengthen Retention & Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to support smooth onboarding and long‑term driver satisfaction
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with drivers and office staff
- Contribute to a positive, team‑focused work environment and assist with additional projects as needed
What You Bring as a Driver Manager:
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, sales, or a related field (preferred)
- A motivated, goal‑driven mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Dependability, initiative, and a high level of self‑motivation
