Just Fine Donuts is looking for an experienced baker to join our morning production team immediately.

This is a perfect part-time job you work early, get finished early, and have the rest of the day to do what you want.

POSITION DETAILS

Part-Time: 30 hours per week

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday (5-day work week)

Hours: Morning production hours vary between 4:00 AM and 11:00 AM

Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS (READ BEFORE APPLYING)

DO NOT APPLY if you do not have professional baking experience. We will not review your application.

Your resume must show recent baking experience within the last two (2) years.

We will verify your work history.

English must be your primary language (required for communication, training, and food safety).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

PAY & BONUSES

Pay is competitive with other local bake shops.

Occasional bonuses may be awarded for major events and high-volume production days.

Performance Bonuses:

90-day bonus paid if you demonstrate strong skill and work performance.

180-day bonus paid if you consistently demonstrate strong performance and reliability.

Bonus Policy: If you quit after receiving a bonus, the bonus amount will be deducted from your final pay.

HIRING PROCESS

If selected, we will schedule a phone interview.

If we proceed, you will complete a two-day PAID work tryout.
