- A nationally recognized expedited freight forwarder is seeking Domestic Operations Senior Coordinators and Managers for 2nd and 3rd shift coverage.
- You’ll manage and coordinate time-critical domestic freight movements, ensuring shipments move efficiently and on time while maintaining communication with carriers and customers.
- Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic air freight, NFO, and AOG shipments
- Manage expedited ground, hotshots, and full truckload shipments
- Handle trade show and event logistics
- Track, trace, and ensure on-time delivery of shipments
- Communicate with carriers, agents, and customers
- Solve operational challenges quickly and independently
- Maintain accurate records and shipment documentation
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3–10+ years of domestic freight forwarding experience
- Strong knowledge of NFO, AOG, and expedited operations
- Available to work 2nd shift (1 PM–12 AM) and/or 3rd shift
- Excellent multitasking and decision-making abilities
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
