Domestic Operations Senior Coordinator / Manager - 2nd or 3rd Shift

• A nationally recognized expedited freight forwarder is seeking Domestic Operations Senior Coordinators and Managers for 2nd and 3rd shift coverage.
• You’ll manage and coordinate time-critical domestic freight movements, ensuring shipments move efficiently and on time while maintaining communication with carriers and customers.
• Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic air freight, NFO, and AOG shipments
• Manage expedited ground, hotshots, and full truckload shipments
• Handle trade show and event logistics
• Track, trace, and ensure on-time delivery of shipments
• Communicate with carriers, agents, and customers
• Solve operational challenges quickly and independently
• Maintain accurate records and shipment documentation

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of domestic freight forwarding experience
• Strong knowledge of NFO, AOG, and expedited operations
• Available to work 2nd shift (1 PM–12 AM) and/or 3rd shift
• Excellent multitasking and decision-making abilities
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
