We are currently working with a client, seeking qualified candidates for their Doffer Inspector position based out of Butler, Ga.
ABOUT THE JOB
The role of the Doffer Inspector will be responsible for the following duties:
- Closely inspect the cloth as it falls into the box, check for defects and appearance of the cloth.
- Mark and annotate defects and notify supervisor.
- Cut shade swatches and samples as directed by the supervisor.
- Doff boxes at seams, ensure all boxes are full and properly marked.
- Fill out the release sheets neatly and accurately.
- Measure width of cloth at least 3 times or as directed by supervisor.
- Assist the operator in repairs of breakouts or any problems that keep the range from production.
- At times you may be asked to perform work on the other ranges or duties not listed.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates for the Doffer Inspector position will possess the following:
