Manufacturing Divisional Sr. Director of Finance - Dallas/Fort Worth Area - Hybrid - Up to $240k Base +30% Bonus + LTIP - 25% Travel - Permanent Direct Hire

Our client, a global manufacturing company in high acquisition mode, is seeking a Divisional Senior Director of Finance to oversee finance for one of its fastest-growing divisions. The role is hybrid in Dallas/Fort Worth area with 25% travel. The company is financially sound and known for providing tremendous professional growth and development opportunities. The salary goes up to $240,000 base + 30% Bonus + LTIP. Permanent direct hire.

Overview of the Divisional Sr. Director of Finance:

  • The Sr. Director of Finance will serve as a key member of the leadership team and oversee FP&A for a $500 million business unit.
  • Set financial and functional goals with the GM and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with corporate, segment, and other divisional finance organizations, as well as direct & indirect reports, FP&A Manager and Analysts, and Plant Controllers.
  • Evaluate operating results, costs, budgets, and profit opportunities. and perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting and forecasting
  • Conduct monthly business reviews to drive profit plan execution and long-term strategy.
  • Prioritize opportunities and lead cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
  • Provide financial leadership on strategic business projects (e.g., pricing decisions, M&A).

Qualifications of The Divisional Senior Director of Finance

  • Must have overseen multiple manufacturing plants and have SOX experience.
  • Ability to work hybrid in Dallas/Fort Worth area.
