We participate in E-Verify / Participamos en E-Verify
- Collaborate with divisional marketing team in leading marketing efforts to achieve restaurants’ revenue goals and brand growth
- Develop, execute and post social media content (text, photos, video) and maintain social media calendar for assigned brands and locations
- Work with graphic design teams on project briefs for digital and print marketing materials
- Assist in offsite/onsite event representation and production (openings, wine dinners, charity events, festivals, etc.) and work with operational team to capture content
- Monitor and respond to guest comments, reviews and messages in a timely manner
- Write copy both individually and with divisional marketing team
- Work with media and local partners to share restaurant events, assist with reservations, and develop and maintain community relationships
- Support the execution of paid social campaigns and contribute to marketing performance analysis
Assist with updating online content on third party sites and Google drive photo library, and assist PR team with sharing photos, menu dishes or recipes for potential pitch opportunities
- Work with Director of Marketing as directed to help monitor, train and when applicable, address, marketing team members performance through on-going feedback, recognition and coaching
- Model and promote teamwork across all teams
- Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
- Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
- Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
- 3 years of marketing experience
