Overview:

We are seeking a Division Controller to join our team!

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Three (3) years healthcare experience preferred.
  • OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Demonstrates capacity for leadership and management in a complex and changing healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the accounting systems in order to control the organization's assets and provide complete and accurate financial information/records. Prepares reports for use by top management to appraise operating results in terms of costs, budgets, trends, etc. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
