Job Summary:
The District Staffing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operational performance, team deployment, and service delivery across an assigned geographic district, supporting both audit and hospitality functions. This role ensures consistent execution, compliance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across multiple properties and assignments within the district. This role will primarily oversee HSG's Account Managers, and support recruiting efforts in a hospitality industry
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and operational oversight across all district-level assignments, including audit services, hospitality logistics, staffing, and vendor coordination
Manage deployment, scheduling, and resource allocation for Account Managers within the district, ensuring efficiency and adherence to service standards
Implement company operational strategies, timelines, and budgets at the district level to support both short-term assignments and long-term objectives
Serve as the primary district contact for client relationships, ensuring responsiveness, issue resolution, and service excellence
Monitor KPIs and generate reports on service delivery, cost control, client satisfaction, and audit outcomes within the district
Conduct site visits and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with company policies, client contracts, and regulatory requirements
Evaluate and optimize district workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation
Lead, coach, and mentor field team members and supervisors, ensuring consistent training, performance, and adherence to protocols
Support financial oversight, expense management, and resource planning within the assigned district
Qualifications:
Experience with staffing agencies and operations
Proven leadership experience in district, multi-unit, or regional operations management, preferably in insurance, auditing, hospitality, staffing, or mobile team environments
Strong organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on team leadership and client interaction
Proficiency in operations management tools and platforms (placeholder: "familiarity with project management, audit, or logistics software")
Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in dynamic, fast-paced, and travel-based settings
Deep understanding of compliance standards, workflow optimization, and service delivery models
Strong financial and resource management acumen
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned district
