District Manager | Better-For-You Fast Casual
Location: Detroit, MI (Regional Portfolio)
Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 + Performance Bonuses
The Opportunity
Are you a health-conscious, high-energy leader who knows how to drive results in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a District Manager to oversee a portfolio of locations for a popular, rapidly scaling "better-for-you" fast-casual brand in the Greater Detroit area.
This isn't your average "burger and fries" operation. We specialize in made-to-order smoothies, toasted wraps, and sandwiches that help our guests "eat better and feel better." As a District Manager, you will be the bridge between the franchise leadership and the front lines, ensuring our General Managers have the tools, training, and motivation to deliver a "tropical" experience every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Unit Leadership: Manage the daily operations, cleanliness, and guest service standards across multiple high-volume locations in Detroit and surrounding suburbs.
- P&L & Metrics: Drive profitability by coaching GMs on labor costs, food waste (COGS), and increasing average ticket sales through suggestive selling.

- Talent Pipeline: Actively recruit, interview, and develop General Managers and Assistant Managers to support our aggressive growth plans.
- Brand Integrity: Ensure 100% compliance with health safety, food prep standards, and operational playbooks.
Qualifications
- Experience:2+ years of multi-unit (District or Area Manager) experience in a QSR, Fast Casual, or similar hospitality environment.
- Financial Mastery: Proven ability to read and react to P&L statements, manage budgets, and hit KPIs.
- Operational Excellence: A "standard-setter" who has a sharp eye for detail and doesn't settle for "good enough."
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel daily between stores in the Detroit metro area.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management tools.
