Your Mission:

  • Deliver high quality food service to thousands of students at multiple locations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations on-site and remotely, fostering excellent teamwork and employee growth.
  • Relationship building – with your team, internal peers, and external client stakeholders – will be key to your success.
  • Realize financial objectives and deliver excellent results for your employer and the client.
  • In addition to the tactical and operational aspects of this role, you will develop strategic plans for future process improvements and growth.
  • While upholding company standards, you’ll also establish a positive environment for your teams and the client.

Your Qualifications:

  • Successful track record of managing people while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer-savvy, with outstanding leadership, communication, and relationship-building strengths.
  • Dedication to sustainability in excellence, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Robust financial, analytical, and process improvement strengths.
  • A combination of tactical / operational and strategic / future planning skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and training and current valid driver’s license.
  • Five or more years of management or supervisory experience, using best practices for food production, sanitation, and safety.
