We're seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-focused District Manager to oversee multiple dessert shop locations and lead store leadership teams to success. This role is ideal for a strong multi-unit leader who excels at coaching managers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring consistently great customer experiences across all locations.
As District Manager, you'll serve as a key link between field operations and company leadership, ensuring standards, performance goals, and culture are upheld district-wide.

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations for multiple store locations within the district
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and Assistant Managers
- Drive consistent customer service, product quality, and operational standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management at the store level
- Monitor and improve sales, labor, and profitability metrics
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and growth
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and company policies
- Partner with leadership on district goals, initiatives, and planning
- Support stores during high-volume periods and operational challenges
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture
What You Bring
- Previous multi-unit management experience in food service or retail (required)
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop management teams
- Strong business acumen with experience managing KPIs and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational support
- High level of accountability and ownership
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and travel between locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs when supporting store operations
- Team-first leadership mindset with a passion for people development
