An organization in Northfield, Illinois, is seeking a Distribution Services Sr. (Lead) Production Planner to manage production planning and fulfillment operations.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4pm or9am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage Oracle Print and Fulfillment workflow processes, including project creation and tracking
- Monitor and maintain the Production Planning Outlook inbox; prioritize and route requests effectively
- Perform document merging using Printshop Mail
- Utilize Excel for data management, reporting, data visualization, and advanced analytical functions
- Apply supply chain knowledge to printing and fulfillment operations, ensuring timely coordination
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Production Planning, Print Production, Supplier Support, System Support, and Inventory Management
- Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.)
- Microsoft Outlook & Teams expertise
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Oracle systems or familiarity with Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Working knowledge of Oracle (CAP Project Super User & iProcurement access)
- Experience with OpenText Output Manager (VPOM)
