Distribution Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Clerk to support hospital operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medical and supply materials across departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming supply shipments; report discrepancies as needed
• Unpack and shelve products in proper locations; rotate inventory and maintain organization
• Operate handheld terminals and computers to generate par area pick lists
• Accurately fill requisitions and pick lists in accordance with established procedures
• Transport and deliver supplies throughout the hospital
• Re-supply designated patient units and departments; maintain clean and orderly storage areas
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and cycle checks
• Maintain clean work areas; dispose of cardboard and packaging materials appropriately

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of related experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
