Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting for Disposal Operators for our client located in Kannapolis, NC!
Schedule: 6:00am-6:30pm on a 2,2,3 schedule.
Pay: $18.00/hr. Weekly Pay!
Essential Functions:
- Safely control various machines and equipment to crush materials.
- Load and unload materials within the warehouse utilizing hand truck & forklift.
- Operates compactor for crushing materials as directed.
- Operates production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications.
- Adheres to all health, food safety, HAACP, Allergen, sanitation standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Adhere to company Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs).
- Perform cleaning tasks per the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and company guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Successful Candidate Qualifications:
- Must have prior forklift experience,
- Must have attention to detail, and work well with other departments and individuals.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn bailing and can crushing equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
